We use a lot of research and discovery prior to setting the strategy. Then we lay out for you a time frame and a budget based upon what is the best, most optimal plan for your success.

OPTION ONE. Marketing Plan: Online & Offline Phase 1 (6 weeks)
1. Begin BRANDING of business (simultaneous with website, graphics and print materials development)
2. Extensive research of online media, online social networks, keywords, search engine rankings, and potential niches (to be used in website design and Branding campaign)
3. Set up all Social Networking Sites specifically for business
4. Begin massive blitz of video, article and blog submissions throughout all Social Media (will create media resources)
5. Layout and prepare to execute the multi-tiered Media approach to begin once website is launched (see attachment for Media Tools involved)
6. Press Releases throughout all Major Media Networks locally and nationally
7. Potential Events Planned, Held and Used in Promotions for Phase 2

Marketing Plan: Online & Offline Phase 2 (4-6 months)
1. Strategic Execution of Phase 1
2. Monthly submissions to hundreds of online publications
3. Radio: Strategic Ads targeted at appropriate audience in keeping with Branding
4. Television: Local Ads to target audience
5. Print Ads: Strategic
6. Banner Ads (placed on websites, search engines and appropriate sites): Strategic to appropriate groups, organizations, etc. in keeping with the Branding.
7. Email Marketing Campaigns
8. Review cross-over marketing opportunities

Marketing Plan: Online & Offline Phase 3 (Monthly Maintenance)
1. Ongoing Strategic Execution of Phase 2
2. Monthly submissions to hundreds of online publications
3. Ongoing Monthly marketing and media advertising (will determine budget for higher level radio and television once results are analyzed)

Ideas and Recommendations:
• Media 4 Women Enterprises will present ideas and recommendations continually throughout the project as changes and new information present itself, as well as moving quickly to improve or enhance areas not proving as effective from marketing efforts

OPTION TWO. 6 Month Marketing Plan
This package primarily works within the existing structure of the business, including the website, graphics and existing brand identity. We will recommend enhancements in areas that need updating and/or unity of the message and overall look of the business. The primary services of this plan focus on marketing the business, online and offline, to achieve the goals and objectives set forth by the client.

• Produce one video for Social Network sites and submissions
• Begin massive blitz of video, article and blog submissions throughout all Social Media

Marketing Plan: Online & Offline Phase 2 (2-4 Months)
• Strategic Execution of Phase 1
• Monthly submissions to hundreds of online publications
• Banner Ads (placed on websites, search engines and appropriate sites): Strategic to appropriate groups, organizations, etc. in keeping with the Branding.
• Email Marketing Campaigns, online distribution through networks
• Review cross-over marketing opportunities through Social Media
• Evaluate Pay Per Click advertising options
• Submit and register on all major search engines
• Option: Create at least one online event, promote globally, online registration… (M4W to host) Cost: $500, waived if working on 6 month contract

Marketing Plan: Monthly Marketing Phase 3 (monthly)
• Social Media and Marketing in this phase will be ongoing monthly, management of all social media networks, placement of videos and articles, etc.
